Checklist
- Agree the price, currency, due date, and payment method before work starts.
- Use clear terms such as due on receipt, 7 days, 14 days, or a specific calendar date.
- Put the same terms on the quote, invoice, and delivery note where possible.
- Avoid vague wording that makes the due date hard to understand.
